Referral incentive program details, terms, and conditions:
Payment will be submitted after the referred job is completed and paid; and will be delivered via Venmo, Zelle, or check.
When you refer someone, we will pay you one of the following Referral Incentive amounts once the associated project is complete and payment is received in full:
$20 for a $500–$999 project;
$40 for a $1000–$2,499 project;
$100 for a $2500–$4,999 project;
$200 for a $5,000+ project.
This program does not apply to BNI members, general contractors, or anyone attempting to refer themselves.
The value of the "work" or "project" does not include what we charge for materials and does not include sales tax. In other words, it only includes the labor charge as listed on the invoice for the associated project.
You may only refer someone once.
You may not collect a Referral Incentive for referring someone with whom you live.
Once you have referred someone, you can not collect another Referral Incentive for referring someone with whom your first referral lives.
No Referral Incentive may be collected for a customer with whom we paid to come into contact. (For instance: Home Advisor, Angi Leads, BNI referral, search engine ad, flyer, print ad, billboard ad, website request for estimate form, social media ad, etc.)
Only previous Pavo customers may collect Referral Incentives unless said individual is personally notified otherwise in writing.
Pavo Interior Painting reserves the right to refuse payment of our Referral Incentive for any reason regardless of whether such a refusal would contradict any of the statements on this webpage.
Referral Incentive shall mean the money paid to a referrer in exchange for their referral.
